Pastoral, Medical and Social Support

Pastoral Support
School Counsellor and Parent Support Advisor
Here at Seaview, we have a fully trained counsellor, Mrs Debbie Leibgott. On an afternoon Mrs Leibgott, holds sessions with children on a 1:1 basis, for a block period of time. However, if children just need someone to listen to, then Mrs Leibgott is always there throughout the day in her ‘Chat Room’.  Another part of her job, is her role as our Parent
Support Advisor (PSA). This means Mrs Leibgott works closely with parents and is there for help and support.
Listening Matters
We are also very fortunate to have another member of staff trained as a listener, Mrs Jackie Lennard. She is fully trained by ‘Listening Matters’ and supports and guides children, who need someone to talk to and share concerns with.

If you would like to find out more information, please refer to our SEND policy on our policies page.

If you would like to discuss your SEND requirements in detail please contact the school to arrange an appointment.
